Terms of service
All hardware and/or devices sent to us for service must be in complete operational order when submitted. All consoles/devices must be sent to us in fully operational order and a sanitary state. Consoles sent to us in an unsanitary state, such as but not limited to insect infestation and/or dirt and mold, will be charged an additional fee. Services may also be refused, money refunded minus return shipping AND our service fee, and shipped back to the customer. All incoming products will undergo thorough testing prior to work being performed. All consoles are subject to a 4-6 week turnaround time, not including weekends and holidays. In most cases, this turnaround time is less than 2 weeks. Please note that the turnaround time isn't strictly limited to 4-6 weeks.
All other products sold(not consoles) are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks, not including weekends and holidays. However, depending on volume, orders may take several days to ship. The console must be sent to me in fully operational order and in a sanitary state. Consoles sent to me in an unsanitary state, such as, but not limited to, insect infestation, will be charged an additional fee.
Services may also be refused for reasons at our discretion. In those situations, your order will be refunded minus return shipping. However, the service fee may also not be included in the refund.
